1. IT Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Implement security measures to safeguard company data.
• Collaborate with the HR team to support IT-related needs.
• Design and create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools like Photoshop and video graphics design software.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Degree in Computer Science & IT, Software Engineering, or any related field.
• Skills in video and graphics design, E-Commerce platform development, social media marketing content development, mobile application development, cloud computing, software development, computer networking, animation, and Photoshop.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Officer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and databases.
• Proficiency in graphic design, Photoshop, and video graphics design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication. Other local and foreign languages proficiency is a plus.
