Wallet Microfinance Institution invites qualified and competent applicants for the following vacant positions:

Position 1: Human Resource Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Duties and Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, controls, and supervises the overall activities of the Department.
Ensure the efficiency of loan disbursement and timely collection of loans.
Advise management on financial policies of the Institution.
Participate in the preparation and consolidation of the financial budget of the Institution.
Ensure the closure of accounts and the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports.

Skill and Educational Background:

Education: MA/BA degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
Experience: A total of 10/12 years of experience, with at least two years in a similar position.

Technical and Other Skills:

Leadership and effective communication.
Promotes a team approach to enhance staff commitment.
Demonstrated technical and managerial ability, sound judgment, and ability to interact effectively with all employees.
Ability to adopt new accounting policies and practices.
Ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
Basic computer skills, including Peachtree accounting, spreadsheet, and other accounting software.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Skills: Knowledge of Governmental laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, governmental regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.
