1. Graduate Trainee

Skills and Educational Background:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other banking business-related fields.
CGPA: 2.75 and above.
Experience: Not required.
Year of Graduation: 2022 till now.
Age: Less than 25 years.
Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of Sharia Law.
Gender: Female applicants are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale and attractive benefits package.

Place of Work: Shakiso, Batu, Butajira, Hadero, Aleta Wondo, and Meki Branches.

2. Graduate Trainee – IFB (Interest-Free Banking)

Skills and Educational Background:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other banking business-related fields.
CGPA: 2.75 and above.
Experience: Not required.
Year of Graduation: 2022 till now.
Age: Less than 25 years.
Additional Skills: Basic knowledge of Sharia Law and interest-free banking is required.

Salary: As per the bank’s salary scale and attractive benefits package.

Place of Work: Bale Robe Branch.
