Purpose of the Program:

We are seeking new graduates to join our Bank in a three-month Young Graduate Trainee Program – Business (YGTPB) designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of our business. The program combines classroom and on-the-job training opportunities in various areas, preparing you for roles that align with your strengths, ambitions, and aspirations.

Complete in-depth training modules to understand our practices, operations, and business strategies.
