Position: Future Leadership Trainee

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates (2023/2024 graduates only) with a good CGPA.
• Age: Under 28 years old.
• Must be fluent in English and Afaan Oromo, including listening, speaking, and writing, and be able to accurately translate one language into another.
• Must live around Furi and Sebeta Kebele 08.
• Experience: 0 years/fresh graduate.

Qualifications:

• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to function within a team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive work habits that are conducive to company growth.
• Partner with key mentors throughout the program.
• Show perseverance and hard work to overcome challenges.
• Execute other tasks as assigned.
