1. Sales Analyst (SFA, DMS)

• Educational Background: BA degree in Business-related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, particularly in sales or finance functions.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse client base and sales office counterparts, providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong commercial awareness, including finance, sales, marketing, and cost management.
• Proficient in planning and organizing tasks effectively.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Competence in gathering, arranging, and analyzing data to develop strategies related to the Sales Force Automation system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership responsibilities and top accountabilities as defined by the role.

2. Executive Secretary

• Educational Background: Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in secretarial services and office management.
• Skills:
• Strong attention to detail with high initiative and proactive behavior.
• Advanced PC literacy skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Excel.
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism, excellent judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• High stress tolerance and the ability to work and make decisions independently.
• Interest in office management and the ability to travel frequently.
