1. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Cash/Accounts

Location: Mettu, Tepi, Ginnir (East Bale), Nekemte

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

• Two (2) years of relevant banking experience, with at least one (1) year in a Senior Customer Service Officer position.

2. Branch Manager I

Location: Mettu, Tepi, Ginnir (East Bale), Nekemte

Educational Background:

• Seven (7) years of banking experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory position.

• Four (4) years of relevant experience, preferably in banks, with at least two (2) years in Systems & IT auditing positions.

Educational Background:

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Experience:

• Two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in banks, with at least one (1) year in a junior auditing position.

Educational Background:

• BA in Business Management, Secretarial Science, and Office Management.

Experience:

• Two (2) years of relevant experience in a secretarial position.
