1. Senior Customer Service Officer I – Cash/Accounts

Location: Mettu, Tepi, Ginnir (East Bale), Nekemte

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant banking experience, with at least one (1) year in a Senior Customer Service Officer position.

2. Branch Manager I

Location: Mettu, Tepi, Ginnir (East Bale), Nekemte

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

Seven (7) years of banking experience, with at least two (2) years in a supervisory position.

3. Customer Service Officer

Location: Mettu, Tepi, Ginnir (East Bale), Nekemte

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

One (1) year of experience as a Graduate Trainee.

4. Senior Systems and IT Auditor

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Background:

BSc/BA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Banking and Insurance, Marketing Management, or related fields.

Experience:

Four (4) years of relevant experience, preferably in banks, with at least two (2) years in Systems & IT auditing positions.

5. Systems and IT Auditor

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Background:

BSc/BA in Accounting, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.

Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant experience, preferably in banks, with at least one (1) year in a junior auditing position.

6. Executive Secretary I

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Background:

BA in Business Management, Secretarial Science, and Office Management.

Experience:

Two (2) years of relevant experience in a secretarial position.

Required No: 3

7. Senior Administrative Assistant

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Background:

BA Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial Science, and Office Management.

Experience:

Four (4) years of relevant experience, with at least two (2) years in an Administrative Assistant position for diploma holders.

Required No: 2

8. Administrative Assistant

Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Educational Background:

BA Degree/Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial Science, and Office Management.

Experience:

Zero to two (0-2) years of relevant experience in a secretarial position.

Required No: 2
