Job Requirements:

• Education:
• BA Degree in Secretary Science, HRM, Management, or related fields from recognized government universities preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, especially in the IT company.
• Gender: Female
• Quantity: 1 (one)

Skills:

• Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to answer telephone calls and draft/send emails.
• Competence in maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, and taking messages.
• Experience in filing documents, organizing, and servicing meetings.
• Proficiency in managing databases, electronic files, and providing information to callers.

Preferred Experience:

• Directly related to the field.
• Experience in the import and technology sector.
