Job Description:

Kuriftu Resorts & Spa, a renowned brand under Boston Partners PLC, is offering an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to fast-track their careers through a specialized leadership development program. As a Trainee Manager, you will gain in-depth expertise in a specific department, such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Finance, or Human Resources.

Role Overview:

Specialization: Work closely with experienced managers and executives in a specific department to understand its operations, processes, and challenges.
Training: Receive mentorship and guidance to develop essential skills and knowledge.
Post-Training: After completing the program, you will be assigned to a department at one of Kuriftu Resorts’ locations, where you will continue to apply your skills and contribute to the resort’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

Support department managers with daily tasks.
Understand the department’s processes and goals.
Provide administrative support.
Contribute to strategic planning initiatives within your department.
Assist in performance evaluations through data analysis and report writing.
Track business revenue and identify growth opportunities within your department.
Conduct research to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
Create and deliver impactful presentations.

Skill and Educational Background:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Accounting and Finance, or Management.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical and computational abilities.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
A genuine desire to learn and grow.
