Job Description:

Kuriftu Resorts & Spa, a renowned brand under Boston Partners PLC, is offering an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to fast-track their careers through a specialized leadership development program. As a Trainee Manager, you will gain in-depth expertise in a specific department, such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Finance, or Human Resources.

Role Overview:

• Specialization: Work closely with experienced managers and executives in a specific department to understand its operations, processes, and challenges.
• Training: Receive mentorship and guidance to develop essential skills and knowledge.
• Post-Training: After completing the program, you will be assigned to a department at one of Kuriftu Resorts’ locations, where you will continue to apply your skills and contribute to the resort’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support department managers with daily tasks.
• Understand the department’s processes and goals.
• Provide administrative support.
• Contribute to strategic planning initiatives within your department.
• Assist in performance evaluations through data analysis and report writing.
• Track business revenue and identify growth opportunities within your department.
• Conduct research to improve profitability and mitigate risks.
• Create and deliver impactful presentations.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism Management, Accounting and Finance, or Management.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and computational abilities.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry.
• A genuine desire to learn and grow.
