Position: Future Leadership Trainee

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Fresh graduates (2023/2024 graduates only) with a good CGPA.
Age: Under 28 years old.
Must be fluent in English and Afaan Oromo, including listening, speaking, and writing, and be able to accurately translate one language into another.
Must live around Furi and Sebeta Kebele 08.
Experience: 0 years/fresh graduate.

Qualifications:

Good organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to function within a team environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain positive work habits that are conducive to company growth.
Partner with key mentors throughout the program.
Show perseverance and hard work to overcome challenges.
Execute other tasks as assigned.
