1. Sales Analyst (SFA, DMS)

Educational Background: BA degree in Business-related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment, particularly in sales or finance functions.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse client base and sales office counterparts, providing outstanding customer service.
Strong commercial awareness, including finance, sales, marketing, and cost management.
Proficient in planning and organizing tasks effectively.
Ability to travel as required.
Competence in gathering, arranging, and analyzing data to develop strategies related to the Sales Force Automation system.

Leadership responsibilities and top accountabilities as defined by the role.

2. Executive Secretary

Educational Background: Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in secretarial services and office management.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail with high initiative and proactive behavior.
Advanced PC literacy skills, including proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and Excel.
Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism, excellent judgment, and problem-solving skills.
High stress tolerance and the ability to work and make decisions independently.
Interest in office management and the ability to travel frequently.
