Position: Marketing Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.
• 0-1 years of experience as a Marketing Officer in a car rental or tour company.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement marketing plans based on market assessments and achieve set sales goals.
• Develop and maintain marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
• Monitor bids relevant to the company’s operations.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals based on requests for proposals.
• Communicate and liaise with existing and potential clients, both locally and internationally, via face-to-face meetings, email, and telephone to explain the company’s services and ensure optimal promotion.
• Ensure proper car rental services align with company policies.
• Prepare summaries of car rental bookings based on customer applications.
• Establish and maintain good customer relations with both permanent and prospective customers.
• Handle customer complaints according to company policies.
• Review and respond to car rental bids and customer correspondence regarding proforma invoices.
• Support in collecting, organizing, and recommending market information to develop sound and reliable car rental policies and related sales issues.
