1. Company Sales Representative

Locations: Gonder, Bahir Dar, and Dessie
Required Number: 3
Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 ETB

Job Description:

• Follow up on existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and providing feedback.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and other trade factors.
• Maintain records on area and customer sales, as well as customer account information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Diploma/TVET Level III/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or Accounting.
• 2 years of experience for BA Degree holders or 4 years of experience for Diploma/TVET Level III holders in sales activities.

2. Area Sales Manager

Locations:

• South: Shashemene, Hawassa, Dila, Wolaita, and Arba Minch
• North: Bahir Dar and Gonder
  Required Number: 7

Job Description:

• Follow up and manage sales operations in the assigned area.
• Communicate sales performance reports to the sales team and conduct weekly and monthly reviews.
• Manage a team of sales representatives and key account customers.
• Provide competitor activity inputs to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Marketing.
• Analyze monthly P&L reviews for distributors and prepare action plans for improvements.
• Plan and report weekly market visits.
• Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify trends affecting sales and profitability.
• Manage e-mails and communication related to assignments.
• Provide coaching to sales representatives and ensure timely incident reporting.
• Ensure responsible usage of company resources.

Job Requirements:

• BA Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
