Ethio-Asian Industries S.C invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the following vacant positions:

1. Company Sales Representative

Locations: Gonder, Bahir Dar, and Dessie
Required Number: 3
Salary Range: 10,000 – 20,000 ETB

Job Description:

Follow up on existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and providing feedback.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and other trade factors.
Maintain records on area and customer sales, as well as customer account information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skill and Educational Background:

Diploma/TVET Level III/BA Degree in Marketing Management, Salesmanship, Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or Accounting.
2 years of experience for BA Degree holders or 4 years of experience for Diploma/TVET Level III holders in sales activities.

2. Area Sales Manager

Locations:

South: Shashemene, Hawassa, Dila, Wolaita, and Arba Minch
North: Bahir Dar and Gonder
Required Number: 7

Job Description:

Follow up and manage sales operations in the assigned area.
Communicate sales performance reports to the sales team and conduct weekly and monthly reviews.
Manage a team of sales representatives and key account customers.
Provide competitor activity inputs to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Marketing.
Analyze monthly P&L reviews for distributors and prepare action plans for improvements.
Plan and report weekly market visits.
Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify trends affecting sales and profitability.
Manage e-mails and communication related to assignments.
Provide coaching to sales representatives and ensure timely incident reporting.
Ensure responsible usage of company resources.

Job Requirements:

BA Degree in Sales & Marketing Management or a related field.
5 years of relevant experience.
