Habesha Breweries, one of Ethiopia’s leading breweries, is committed to delivering high-quality products and fostering a culture of excellence. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team in Addis Ababa.

1. Finance Specialist – Compliance and Controls

Educational Background: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
Experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and financial controls.
Strong understanding of local tax laws and regulations.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to ensure accurate and timely payment of all due taxes.
Competence in reconciling tax accounts with tax declarations on a monthly basis.
Ability to monitor and implement new tax laws to ensure compliance.
Strong relationship management with tax consultants and the Tax Authority.
Experience in managing tax audits and providing appropriate explanations, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to securely archive all tax-related documents in both hard and soft copies.
Skill in providing monthly tax forecasts for various tax categories, including Excise, VAT, WHT, and payroll taxes.
