1. Graduate Trainee

• Number of Positions: 70
• Location:
• Central District: Addis Ababa, Shagar, Adama, Woliso, Wolkite, and surrounding areas.
• North West District: Bahir Dar, Gonder, Motta, Bichena, and surrounding areas.
• North East District: Dessie, Mekelle, Kombolcha, and surrounding areas.
• South East District: Shashamane, Bale, Arsi Robe, Benishangul, and surrounding areas.
• South West District: Jimma, Tepi, Wollega, and surrounding areas.
• East District: Dire Dawa, Harar, Jigjiga, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Applicants must be first-degree graduates of 2023/2024.
• CGPA Requirements:
  • 2.75 and above for male applicants.
  • 2.5 and above for female applicants.
• Age: 27 years and below.
• Additional Skills:
• Knowledge of the local area and languages of the respective branch area is advantageous.
• IFB Training certification is advantageous.
• Experience: Zero years (Fresh graduates only).
