Position: Training Specialist

• Location: Addis Ababa
• Required Number: 3 positions
• Experience: Fresh Graduates

Job Description:

• Serve as the owner of training operations and implementation, streamlining and managing all training delivery phases.
• Manage training schedules and resources.
• Possess excellent verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to engage trainees.
• Ensure the effective implementation of training courses, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve trainees’ learning experiences.
• Understand the responsibilities and assessment standards of a technical trainer.
• Implement and manage the training and teaching process to ensure high-quality and efficient training delivery operations.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints to ensure a positive learning experience.
• Provide necessary training delivery operation support to customers.
• Develop and implement training schedules and delivery plans to ensure efficient and effective program execution.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer & Software Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external customers and personnel.
• Understanding of basic principles of learning and capability development, project management knowledge, and process development.
• Fresh graduates with excellent academic results and a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
