1. IT Technician

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Fresh graduates of 2024 are encouraged to apply.
• Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Skills:
• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• Certification in IT is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.).
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications.
• Perform regular maintenance on computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, replacing parts as needed.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and schedule maintenance.
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance.
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
• Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders.
• Keep inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect data and systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Salary: As per the company’s scale along with a performance-based sales commission.

Term of Employment: Permanent

Duty Station: Addis Ababa
