1. Executive Head of Department Indirect Sales – Enterprise Business Unit

Qualifications:

A. Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.

B. Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through indirect sales channels.
• Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.

C. Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in using CRM software, ERP systems, and other relevant sales and business tools.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

D. Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

Location: Addis Ababa
