We are seeking motivated and energetic candidates for the following position:

1. Regional Sales Officer

Locations: Mekelle, Adama, Dire Dawa, Jigjiga

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Officer will collaborate with dealers and partners to boost the sales of two-wheelers, appoint brokers and retailers, and conduct direct sales promotions in small towns around the specified cities.

Skill and Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
Proficiency in English and the local language of the respective region.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Strong knowledge of the local area in the respective region.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in sales is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with dealers and partners to increase the sales of two-wheelers.
Appoint brokers and retailers in small towns around the specified cities.
Conduct direct sales promotions to boost sales.
Sell tires and batteries to companies capable of importing these products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
