1. Regional Sales Officer

Locations: Mekelle, Adama, Dire Dawa, Jigjiga

Job Summary:
The Regional Sales Officer will collaborate with dealers and partners to boost the sales of two-wheelers, appoint brokers and retailers, and conduct direct sales promotions in small towns around the specified cities.

Skill and Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing.
• Proficiency in English and the local language of the respective region.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Strong knowledge of the local area in the respective region.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with dealers and partners to increase the sales of two-wheelers.
• Appoint brokers and retailers in small towns around the specified cities.
• Conduct direct sales promotions to boost sales.
• Sell tires and batteries to companies capable of importing these products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
