Job Requirement:

• Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Eight/seven years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with two years as Grade 4 city Branch Manager/Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
• Team building skills.
• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Written & spoken English proficiency.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Having a CII Diploma is an advantage.

2. Contact Office Representative

Job Requirement:

• Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Five years of proven & relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with one year as Senior Underwriting Officer.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Written & spoken English proficiency.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa

3. Grade 4 Branch Manager

Job Requirement:

• Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Six years of proven and relevant post-qualification insurance experience, with two years in supervisory positions or three years as a senior officer.
• Knowledge & Skills:
• Good knowledge of insurance products & services.
• Acceptable marketing & selling skills.
• Team building skills.
• Communication, interpersonal & analytical skills.
• Written & spoken English proficiency.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Having a CII Diploma is an advantage.
• Place of Work: Addis Ababa
