1. Senior Customer Service Officer I

Location: Mekelle and Wolkite
Skill and Educational Background:
Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as a Customer Service Officer.

2. Customer Service Officer

Location: Mekelle
Skill and Educational Background:
Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer.

3. Junior Customer Service Officer

Location: Mekelle
Skill and Educational Background:
Minimum BA degree from a recognized institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee.

Additional Information:

Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale.
