1. Finance Business Partner
Location: Raya
Job Summary:
Ensure the proper functioning of administrative and financial operations in accordance with internal procedures.
Support the site manager in business control.
Skill and Educational Background:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Treasury.
Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on professional experience in finance, business control, or audit.
Language: Amharic & English.
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge of accounting, business control, and the company’s information systems.
Support controlling activities in the assigned business category by assisting in budget preparation, monitoring resource utilization, and producing management reports.
Skill and Educational Background:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management with a concentration in Finance. Chartered Certified Accountant qualifications (CA/CMA/ACCA/CPA) are preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of hands-on professional experience.
Other Requirements:
Knowledge of business control, accounting, audit, and company culture.
Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance, and calibration of equipment and instruments. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing automated or electromechanical equipment.
Skill and Educational Background:
Education: TVET Level 3 or Level 4/Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Electricity, Electro Mechanics, Electronic Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
Experience:
5 years of experience for TVET Level 3.
3 years of experience for TVET Level 4 or Diploma.
1 year of experience for a Bachelor’s degree in FMCG factory or industrial setting.
Other Requirements:
Technical skills, troubleshooting abilities.
Basic English skills (writing, reading, listening, speaking).
