1. Graduate Trainee

Job Summary: Support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with due care and maximum efficiency.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or other banking business-related fields.
Experience: No experience required.
Skills:
CGPA 2.75 and above.
Only 2022 & 2023 graduates are eligible to apply.
Age below 25 years.
COC (for Level IV) is mandatory.
Exit exam result ≥ 50.
Place of Work: City Branches

2. Graduate Trainee (IT)

Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: No experience required.
Skills:
CGPA 3.00 and above.
Only 2022 & 2023 graduates are eligible to apply.
Age below 25 years.
COC (for Level IV) is mandatory.
Exit exam result ≥ 50.

3. Manager, Legal Advisory and Research

Job Summary: Safeguard the bank from emerging legal issues by directing the handling of non-loan litigation cases and appearing in courts and arbitration tribunals.
Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Experience:
Six (6) years of experience with a Master’s Degree or eight (8) years with a Bachelor’s Degree, with two years at Principal or Senior Officer level.
Place of Work: Head Office
