Skill and Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the truck tire industry or a related field.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.

2. Marketing and Sales Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
The Marketing and Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the marketing and sales teams towards achieving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility.

Salary: ETB 28,400.00 monthly (gross).

Skill and Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales management, with a track record of success in driving revenue and managing teams.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
Proficiency in data analysis and market research methodologies to support strategic decision-making.

3. Digital Marketing and Media Officer

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
The Digital Marketing and Media Officer is responsible for managing the organization’s online marketing campaigns and social media presence.

Salary: ETB 23,275.86 monthly (gross).

Skill and Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven ability to manage online campaigns effectively.
Familiarity with SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and social media advertising strategies.
Strong analytical skills coupled with creativity to develop innovative marketing solutions.

4. Resource Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
The Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic management and optimization of all company resources, ensuring that financial, human, physical, and operational assets are utilized efficiently to support the organization’s goals and objectives.

Salary: Negotiable

Skill and Educational Background:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Management, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in resource management, project management, or operations management, with a focus on financial and human resources.
