1. Senior IT Security Administrator

Qualifications:

BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry, with at least 2 years in an officer position

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

2. Customer Service Executive – II

Qualifications:

BA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any related field
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer (CSO), Customer Service Representative (CSR), or Customer Service Executive (CSE)

Place of Work: Jigjiga

3. Information Technology Trainee Officer-I (Fresh Graduates)

Qualifications:

BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
Experience: No prior experience required
Graduation Year: 2024 G.C. with a minimum CGPA of 2.5
National Exit Exam: Pass mark required

Place of Work: Addis Ababa

4. Customer Service Executive-I (Fresh Graduates)

Qualifications:

BA in Marketing, Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or any related field
Experience: No prior experience required
Graduation Year: 2024 G.C. with a minimum CGPA of 2.5
National Exit Exam: Pass mark required

Place of Work: Addis Ababa and other areas
