1. Financial and Operational Risk Management Division Manager

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, including stress testing, and report findings to senior management.

Educational Background and Skills:

• Degree: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and Finance, Management, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years at a supervisory level.
