1. Senior Card Banking Quality Assurance Officer (DB/Vacancy-0279/24)

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
Responsible for developing mobile and online banking products and services. The role includes planning and executing new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning product requirements with the Bank’s digital transformation goals.

Educational Qualification:

BA in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
MA in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Business (IT skills or Research is an added advantage).

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

2. Alternate Channel Engineer – ATM/POS (DB/Vacancy-0280/24)

Location: Addis Ababa

Job Summary:
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of ATM/POS equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity of operations.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 6 years of experience in system engineering.
Exposure to BASE24 EPS and SMM is an added advantage.
