1. Regional Trade Activation Supervisor

Location: Adama, Gondar, Mekelle & Arba Minch

Job Summary:

The Regional Trade Activation Supervisor will support the planning and preparation of Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing activities. They will work closely with the brand team and sales managers to develop and execute detailed plans to grow sales in the assigned regions. The role also includes identifying tactical opportunities and making recommendations via Sales Activity Proposals (SAP).

Educational Background & Skills:

Education: BA Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Skills:
Proven track record in market share capture, brand building, market penetration, and volume growth.
Experience leading, building, and developing a team.
Advanced skills in Word and Excel.
Proficiency in Amharic and strong command of written and spoken English.
Familiarity with local languages in assigned locations is a plus.

2. Accountant

Location: Addis Ababa
Number of Positions: 3

Job Summary:

The Accountant will provide efficient and effective financial services, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Educational Background & Skills:

Education: BA Degree in Accounting and Finance.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software packages.
