1. Position: Talent & Development Specialist

• Location: Addis Ababa

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement development infrastructure, including career paths, capability frameworks, and competency definitions.
• Manage relationships with educational institutions and external partners in the country.
• Align Learning and Development processes, practices, frameworks, and tools.
• Implement and review Learning and Development metrics to support business performance.
• Provide feedback on training material quality, effectiveness, and data integrity.
• Oversee the implementation and monitoring of CAP (Continuous Alignment Process) guidelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning methodologies, including Return on Investment (ROI) on interventions.
• Provide Learning and Development support tailored to business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resource Management.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be an Ethiopian citizen.
