Habesha Breweries is currently seeking qualified and competent applicants for the following positions:

1. Cellars and Filtration Operator

Required Qualifications:

• Education: 10+3 diploma from TVET colleges
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, with experience in the brewing industry being essential

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor cellar and filtration operations
• Organize and track filtration and fermentation materials
• Operate software and hardware as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Monitor tank temperatures during fermentation and lagering
• Communicate issues or faults in the process on time
• Prepare ingredients for filtration and cellar processing
• Ensure safe, efficient, and effective processes
• Record and maintain production data accurately
• Implement PPE and workplace organization standards
• Maintain and clean equipment per schedule to meet quality standards
• Contribute to the QSHE Management System and report any violations
• Required number of people: 2

2. Store Supervisor – Raw Materials

Required Qualifications:

• Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Storekeeping and controlling incoming supplies based on specifications
• Follow strict receiving procedures and reject any unacceptable products
• Properly stock purchased and supplied items for efficient material management
• Update stock records, prepare issue vouchers, and submit to Finance on time
• Ensure accuracy of data inputs using store management software
• Initiate purchases when materials reach reorder level
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Ensure storage areas meet safety and organizational standards
• Supervise casual workers and maintain a neat, organized workplace
