Position 1: Manager, CAPEX Projects
Purpose of the Job:
- Improve the quality and reduce the cost of capital projects by delivering best-in-class projects that meet safety, quality, capital, and schedule requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects, ensuring successful delivery within time, budget, and quality standards.
- Supervise project execution from initiation to closeout.
- Coordinate all stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related fields with 6 years of experience (3 in managerial roles).
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of experience (4 in managerial roles).

Position 2: Civil Engineer
Purpose of the Job:
- Support CAPEX projects by designing and delivering integrated civil engineering solutions.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and execute civil works.
- Supervise outsourced civil construction.
- Perform maintenance on CAPEX projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields with 3 years of relevant experience.

Position 3: Senior Creative Brand and Promotion Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative promotional campaigns.
- Create brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
- Manage the brand’s social media presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Graphic Design, or related fields.
- 4 years of experience in branding or marketing roles.
- Proficiency in graphic design and marketing tools.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Marketing & Research Deputy Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analyze data to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns and oversee brand positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 12/10 years of experience in marketing or research roles (3 years in managerial roles).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms.
- Develop content, manage social media presence, and analyze campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- 4 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and graphic design.
