Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant

Skill and Educational Background:

Experience: Minimum of two years in real estate sales, with a proven track record. Applicants must provide references or documentation of successful house sales.
Skills:
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of local real estate market trends, laws, and regulations

Objectives:

Generate leads and convert them into clients: Actively seek out potential buyers, build relationships, and effectively guide them through the real estate process.
Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for the number of closed deals.
Provide exceptional customer service: Ensure outstanding service throughout the entire sales process.
Stay updated on market trends: Maintain a deep understanding of the local real estate market, including property values, laws, and regulations.
Build a professional network: Develop relationships with other real estate professionals, industry experts, and potential clients.

Sales Volume: Total properties sold within a month
Number of Closed Deals

Compensation:

Salary: 3% Commission + Performance-based bonuses
