Program: System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI)

Duration: 12-month paid internship

Program Overview:

The System Strengthening through Skills and Internship (SStSI) is an internship program designed to provide young graduates with valuable work experience within federal ministries. The program includes:

• Job Readiness Training: 3 weeks of intensive training to prepare participants for the workforce.
• Mentorship and Coaching: Ongoing professional development with performance reviews, coaching, and mentoring throughout the internship.
• Experience Sharing: Sessions with senior public service leaders to inspire and guide participants.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: Ethiopian citizens only.
• Passion for Public Service: A demonstrated commitment to making a difference in society.
• Graduation Year: Fresh graduates of 2023/2015 E.C. or 2024/2016 E.C. from accredited institutions.
• Academic Achievement: A minimum CGPA of 3.0 and above.
