1. Position: Sales Consultant

  • Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
  • Location: Bole, Addis Ababa
  • Vacancies: 25
  • Compensation: 3% Commission + Performance-based bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Assist buyers in finding the perfect property by considering their preferences and financial capabilities.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on projects, market conditions, and legal aspects.
  • Make follow-up calls, pitch to customers, visit sites, and close deals.
  • Work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Use digital and offline marketing tools effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Law, Sales & Marketing, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, with a proven record of house sales.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and sales skills.

2. Position: Sales Supervisor

  • Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)
  • Location: Bole, Addis Ababa
  • Vacancies: 10
  • Compensation: Attractive salary + Performance-based bonuses

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set realistic sales quotas for consultants and align them with company goals.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance on pricing strategies and closing techniques.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure smooth deal progression.
  • Use data analytics to track performance indicators.
  • Seek out new business opportunities through networking and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields), Law, Sales & Marketing, or related fields from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including managing a team of Real Estate Sales Consultants.
  • Skills:
  • Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
