Abay Bank was officially established on July 14, 2010, and started full-fledged banking operations on November 3, 2010, after fulfilling all necessary requirements from the National Bank of Ethiopia. As of June 30, 2023, the Bank has a paid-up capital of Birr 4.733 billion and 4,437 shareholders. 1. Branch Manager – Grade 1

Required Education and Experience:
BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields of study.
Minimum of 6 years of work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Place of Work: Dima Branch (Gambella Region)

2. Manager – Interest Free Banking Operation

Required Education and Experience:
MA/BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field of study.
Minimum of 8 years of experience (for MA) or 10 years (for BA) in banking operations, with at least 4 years in the Interest-Free Banking (IFB) area.
Place of Work: Adama District Office
