1. Assistant Manager, CS & Operations – Grade D Branch
- Branch: Yela Sawla Branch (South District)
- Qualifications: BA in Management or Accounting
- Experience: 2 years as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent, or 4 years of relevant banking experience
2. Associate Property Valuation Engineer
- Location: North District Office
- Qualifications: BSc in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2 years as a Junior Property Valuation Engineer or equivalent in banking, OR 2 years as an Associate Property Valuation Engineer or equivalent
3. Branch Manager – Grade C
- Branches: Batu Branch, Negelle Branch (Negelle Borena), Boditi Branch (South District)
- Qualifications: BA in Management or Accounting
- Experience: 2 years as a Manager at a Grade D Branch or equivalent, or 9 years of relevant experience in the banking industry
4. Head, Innovation Center
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Qualifications: BA in Business Management, Marketing, or Economics
- Experience: 4 years as a Senior Product Innovation Officer or equivalent, or 9 years of banking experience, OR 2 years as Head of an Innovation Center or equivalent, or 10 years of relevant experience
5. Head, Research & Business Intelligence Section
- Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
- Qualifications: BA in Management, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Statistics
- Experience: 4 years as a Senior Research Officer, Senior Business Intelligence Officer, or equivalent, or 9 years of banking experience, OR 2 years as Head of Research & Business Intelligence Section or equivalent, or 10 years of relevant experience
