About the Role:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, specifically within the textile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and implement cost control measures tailored to the textile industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve profitability and develop financial strategies.
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and support audits and tax compliance.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; MBA or CPA/CMA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in finance management, with a background in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
