Position: Sales Representative (SR) – For Regions

Purpose of the Job:

The Sales Representative (SR) is responsible for collecting orders for Awash Wine products, providing Point of Sale (POS) materials and services to customers, and ensuring product availability. The role involves building customer relationships, addressing queries or complaints, and driving daily sales volume to meet targets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Service existing customers through a planned call schedule.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Understand customer needs within assigned areas.
• Monitor daily sales and ensure product availability in all potential outlets.
• Drive sales volume to achieve targets.
• Provide support to agents and assist in route planning and price adherence.
• Communicate Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) to outlets.
• Prepare accurate and timely reports.

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
• Language: Proficiency in the local language of the assigned location is mandatory.
• Experience: Open to new graduates of 2024.
