Position 1: Junior Procurement Officer

Reports to: Local Procurement and Logistics Manager

Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Procurement Officer will assist the Procurement and Logistics team in handling day-to-day purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, preparing procurement reports, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, review, and manage purchase orders and track them through delivery.
Maintain positive supplier relationships and handle routine communication.
Conduct market research on suppliers and analyze industry trends.
Verify supplier invoices and collaborate with finance for timely payments.
Prepare and submit procurement reports, and keep detailed records of purchases.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 0 to 1 year.
Skills: Strong oral and written communication, aptitude for math, and computer proficiency.

Position 2: Logistics Intern

Details:

Purpose of the Position:
The Logistics Intern will coordinate daily transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery, manage logistics databases, prepare reports, and assist in optimizing logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transport companies.
Update logistics databases and systems to ensure information accuracy.
Prepare logistics reports and assist with aligning logistics with production schedules.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
Experience: 0 to 1 year.
Skills: Strong oral and written communication, aptitude for math, and computer proficiency.
