Position 1: Junior Procurement Officer

Purpose of the Position:
The Junior Procurement Officer will assist the Procurement and Logistics team in handling day-to-day purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, preparing procurement reports, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and manage purchase orders and track them through delivery.
• Maintain positive supplier relationships and handle routine communication.
• Conduct market research on suppliers and analyze industry trends.
• Verify supplier invoices and collaborate with finance for timely payments.
• Prepare and submit procurement reports, and keep detailed records of purchases.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 to 1 year.
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication, aptitude for math, and computer proficiency.
