Job Objective

The Sales Data Analyst will analyze sales data to understand performance, customer behavior, and market trends. This role will enable TTK Private Limited Company to make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and improve profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection: Gather and validate sales data from various sources, including CSR, ASS, RSM, SMD, and agents.
• Data Cleaning & Preparation: Standardize and categorize data to align with company standards.
• Descriptive Analysis: Summarize historical sales data, identify performance metrics, and visualize data through charts and graphs.
• Trend Analysis: Track sales trends over time to identify patterns, including seasonality and cyclical trends.
• Customer Segmentation: Segment customers based on purchasing behavior and demographics to identify high-value customers and tailor strategies.
• Performance Metrics: Calculate KPIs, report accurate sales data, and communicate with managers on developments and insights.
• Predictive Analysis: Use statistical models to forecast future sales and assess factors influencing sales.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports for top management and develop dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Finance team to reconcile sales data and payments and work with other departments as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, or Business Administration from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 4 years in a relevant role, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, ERP, or SAP systems (Salesforce experience is a plus), and knowledge of statistical, regression, and cohort analysis.
• Key Skills: Sales, Business Development, Agile Business Analysis.
