Position 1: Health Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full supply chain process, ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization of medical goods.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers, regularly evaluating and resolving issues.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare logistics regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with medical, finance, and administration departments to align logistics with organizational goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure timely delivery of EQA and biological samples, tracking and reporting effectively.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
  • Proficient in technology use for logistics, with knowledge of process automation and data management.
  • Valid driving license for Auto or dry cargo.

Position 2: Senior Brand Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with business objectives, defining brand positioning and messaging.
  • Ensure consistent and impactful brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and image.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide brand growth and strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service to integrate brand strategy across the business.
  • Track and analyze brand KPIs, using insights to optimize strategies.
  • Manage brand budgets, allocating resources strategically to meet brand objectives.
  • Conduct brand training for employees and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Solid understanding of operations management principles.
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities for long-term brand planning.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Tech-savvy, able to implement process improvements and manage data efficiently.
