Job Summary

The Admin Assistant, under the supervision of the Admin and Logistics Officer, is responsible for supporting the company’s operational efficiency through tasks such as office management, procurement, facility maintenance, and administrative duties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
  • Assist in procuring office supplies and maintaining inventory records.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Oversee office facilities, including cleaning and maintenance.
  • Support meetings and events by arranging logistics, including booking rooms and catering.
  • Provide logistical support for staff travel and visa applications.
  • Prepare expense reports and other administrative documents.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Management, Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in administrative or logistics roles.

Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of logistics and procurement.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Teamwork and collaborative skills.
