1. Senior Wireless Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform network element commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Digitize daily delivery tasks using platforms and tools like ISDP, WDT, and MDT.
• Manage 2G/3G/4G RAN network design, commissioning, integration, and deployment.
• Implement rectifications, software upgrades, and preventive maintenance for wireless devices.
• Lead technical solution development, HLD/LLD preparation, and confirmation.
• Provide Level 1/2 technical support, spare parts management, and customer consulting.
• Conduct technical training for teams, customers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in wireless telecommunication project delivery.
• Skills:
• Expertise in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR is a plus.
• Proficient in Huawei controllers (BSC6900/6910), CME, MAE, and other wireless tools.
• Knowledge of IP basics, routing protocols, Linux, and cloud platforms.
• Programming skills in Visual Basic and Python are an added advantage.
• Languages: Fluent in English.
• Age: Below 45 years.
