1. Senior Wireless Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform network element commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Digitize daily delivery tasks using platforms and tools like ISDP, WDT, and MDT.
- Manage 2G/3G/4G RAN network design, commissioning, integration, and deployment.
- Implement rectifications, software upgrades, and preventive maintenance for wireless devices.
- Lead technical solution development, HLD/LLD preparation, and confirmation.
- Provide Level 1/2 technical support, spare parts management, and customer consulting.
- Conduct technical training for teams, customers, and subcontractors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electronics, or Computer Science.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in wireless telecommunication project delivery.
- Skills:
- Expertise in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G NR is a plus.
- Proficient in Huawei controllers (BSC6900/6910), CME, MAE, and other wireless tools.
- Knowledge of IP basics, routing protocols, Linux, and cloud platforms.
- Programming skills in Visual Basic and Python are an added advantage.
- Languages: Fluent in English.
- Age: Below 45 years.
