1. Branch Manager “D”

Job Requirements:

• Education: University Degree/Diploma in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Banking, Marketing, Cooperative, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, or related fields.
• Experience: 4 years for a degree holder and 6 years for a diploma holder in a related role.
• Skills:
• Leadership and team management skills with a determined and motivational personality
• Integrity and responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Financial planning and basic accounting knowledge
• Strong communication and marketing skills
• Motorbike driving skill with a valid license

Terms of Employment: Permanent
Place of Work: Branch Offices under South West Regional Operation Office, around Sodo & Arbaminch
Salary: As per the Institution’s salary scale

2. Human Resource and Administration Officer

Job Requirements:

• Education: BA Degree in HR Management, Management, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Skills:
• Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, systems, and procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to teamwork and gender equality
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
