Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or other business-related fields.
• Experience: At least 1 year of banking operation experience.

Core Competencies:

• Sales and Marketing skills.
• Customer experience management.
• Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) products.
• Problem identification and solution skills.
• Language: Knowledge of the local language is advantageous.
