Position 1: Lead Business Applications Administrator

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including:
  • Vendor management.
  • Enterprise application support (ERP/CRM).
  • Understanding of business operations.
• Proven experience in:
  • Supplier Service Management.
  • Customer Service Management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage deliverables and explain technical information to non-technical staff.

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Performance Head

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, IBD, or any other internationally recognized industrial science field.
• At least 10 years of technical and leadership experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Expertise in the latest process and quality technologies.
• Advanced leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines.

Position 3: Plant Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in managing end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics processes in an FMCG factory setting, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
