1. Customer Service Officer
- Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. - Experience:
Two (2) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of Interest-Free Banking (IFB) is advantageous. - People Required: 9
- Duty Station: Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, and Dire Dawa.
2. Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or any related field. - Experience:
Three (3) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. - People Required: 3
- Duty Station: Kebri Dehar, Gode, and Degahabur.
3. Branch Operation Supervisor
- Qualification:
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. - Experience:
Four (4) years of Banking Operation experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. - People Required: 5
- Duty Station: Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, Harar, and Dire Dawa.
4. Branch Manager
- Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. - Experience:
Six (6) years of Banking Operation experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory role. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. - People Required: 5
- Duty Station: Kebri Dehar, Gode, Degahabur, Harar, and Dire Dawa.
5. Office Service Attendant
- Qualification:
Diploma in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. - Experience:
Two (2) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. - Duty Station: Head Office.
6. Lead Financial Accounting & Reporting
- Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields. - Experience:
Six (6) years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFB is advantageous. - Duty Station: Head Office.
