Abay Bank S.C., a reputable financial institution in Ethiopia, is seeking qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following positions:

1. Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1

• Required Education and Experience:
  • BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations.
• Place of Work: Hirna Branch.
• Additional Requirement: Proficiency in Afan Oromo (speaking and writing) is preferable.

2. Brand Management and Communication Officer

• Required Education and Experience:
  • BA Degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communication and brand management.
• Place of Work: Head Office.

3. Branch Manager – Grade 1 (IFB)

• Required Education and Experience:
  • BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Place of Work: IFB Branches in the Addis Ababa area.
