Dashen Bank invites qualified and experienced professionals to apply for the following positions:


Position 1: Branch Manager – I (Ansar IFB Branch)

Location: Ansar IFB Branch, Dire Dawa District
Deadline: January 24, 2025

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory position.

Technical Competencies

  • In-depth understanding of financial products and services.
  • Knowledge of modern service delivery practices in medium to large banks.
  • Effective application of banking policies, processes, and procedures to meet compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, Core Banking Systems, and in-house software.
  • Project management expertise.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and staff motivation skills.
  • Ability to drive change and strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent business acumen and communication skills.
  • Expertise in strategic management, project planning, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in risk management and stakeholder engagement.

Position 2: Customer Service Manager I (Dawe IFB Branch)

Location: Dawe IFB Branch, Dire Dawa District
Deadline: January 24, 2025

Required Qualification and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or a business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of banking experience.

Technical Competencies

  • Solid understanding of financial products and services.
  • Familiarity with modern banking service practices and operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of relevant banking policies, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Project management skills.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Effective leadership and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
