Job Requirements:
- Education:

- Or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years as Customer Services Manager – Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade A.

3. Senior Customer Service Specialist

- BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields with 2.5 years of experience.
- Or Diploma (Level IV) in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 1 year as CSS position.

4. Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Job Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, or related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 1 year as Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

5. Senior Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer
Job Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- MBA/MA/BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related fields.
- 5.5 years (for MA/MBA) or 3.5 years (for BA) of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years as a relevant officer.
